Lowering blood presure/ Something I would do to stabilise it
A human being body mostly contains water. Having the amount of water in the body, would be good. Water will be definitely a way of maintaining a normal blood pressure. The heart, is a pomp, used to pomp blood through it’s ways. When blood pressure is high, there are ways effectively that can help us lowering and taking the blood pressure to it’s level.
- Breathing and relaxing.
The way of how you can lower blood pressure if it’s above the level as you normally can feel it, is breathing deeply, and relaxing. I usually would breathe with my nose and release the breath with my mouth during a situation of having a lower blood pressure than normal. I would repeat this as the heart would than relax and start pomping with the level of the blood pressure that it actually is, till the moment it becomes normal. - Drinking water.
This has to happen regularly. To have a normal blood pressure and not lower than normal or above the level of normality, I would choose to drink water. This would help the heart pomp the blood easily and not have dissnivels of blood pressure. 3.7 liters in a day is a normality for men. 2.7 of liters of water per women. Even though, having water during the situation of lower blood pressure is a good thing and will help. - Thinking positively.
Not just in this case, having possitive thoughts about blood pressure stability would help even though some of us find it very easy to do so. The heart is just a pomp, mind is the controller. - Walking, not sitting.
It might sound very interesting to hear, but walking during lower blood pressure than normal would help very much in stabilising the blood pressure. The heart would have to pomp blood because your muscles of the body need more. I would walk to fix lower blood pressure, not sit.
